DELIVERY
All my Tiara's are Handmade to order apart from the one's that are on the online shop ready to buy if stone colour or band colour is to be changed on any of the design's online they will take longer to deliver you will be informed of a approx time it will take to make up your order at time of purchase if you want to know before you buy please contact me first before you order.


Bespoke and customised tiara's

If you require a custom made tiara please contact me with your requirements and tiara name.
If you require Bespoke service again use the contact box to list your idea's and requirements I will then contact you to confirm that i have recieved your request and a quote will be then sent to you for the total cost to make your Tiara.

Payments

I accept the following payments
. credit or debit cards through paypal

. cheque or postal order


Returns

If you are unhappy for any reason with your Tiara please return within 7 days of receipt Tiara must be unworn and sent back in original packaging .
Buyer is reponsible for return postal costs.
Items must be returned using recorded delivery for Tiara's to the value of £50.00 or special delivery for Tiara's over the value of £50.00.
Buyer is reponsible for any damage that may occur in transit.
After 7 days any Tiara's that are returned after the 7 days will be returned to buyer.
Refunds will be given to buyer for any faulty items.

Bespoke

No refund is given for Bespoke design's unless the are damaged.
Please inform me of this within 24 hrs of recieving Tiara/s to be given a full refund or replacement.
After this time i will not refund.

ALL TIARA'S ARE MADE USING SMALL PARTS THAT CAN BE A CHOKING HAZARD TO SMALL CHILDREN I ADVISE THAT CHILDREN BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE WEARING THE TIARA'S
SEREN TIARA'S ACCEPT NO LIABILITY FOR THE MISAPPROPRIATE USE OF ALL OUR TIARA'S............

I TRY TO INSURE THAT ALL MY TIARA'S LEAVE ME WELL PROTECTED AND IN PRISTINE CONDITION IF YOUR ORDER IS DAMAGED PLEASE CONTACT ME STRAIGHT AWAY FOR FULL REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.
SMALL VARIATIONS IN EACH TIARA IS POSSIBLE DUE TO THEM BEING HANDCRAFTED BUT THIS ONLY MAKES THEM UNIQUE TO THE OWNER OF THEM.
