Seren Tiaras offer a bespoke service which is a free service offered to every customer here at seren tiaras.

It gives you the perfect oppertunity to help create a personal piece of jewellery to match perfectly to that special outfit .

It also gives you a totally unique iece of jewellery or tiarathat you have helped design so it will match your unique personallity and style.

what you have to do..

1/ firstly you will need to contact me via e-mail or telephone to discuse what it is you would like we can then run through some ideas colours neckline of dress etc.

2/ if it is a tiara or bridal jewellery, if possible it would be wonderful if you could send me a swatch f fabric and /or a picture of the dress and type of what  wedding it is going to be traditional etc.

3/ I will then come up with a design and contact y.ou

4/ once this is done and we both agree on design and price I will ask for a non-refundable deposit. once this has been recieved I will start work on yor design.

5/ i will keep you informed throughout the crafting of your item through e-mail or telephone whichever method you prefer

6/you will be contactd again when you item is posted to you.

please note full refund will only be given for damaged items we try our best to ensure that all our products reach you in the best possible condition and are well packed if posting if you live in the swansea area you can pick your item up from me personally where you can also view your item all posted items will be photographed before posting and sent to you to view

if you find your item is damaged on arrival please contact me within 24hrs you ar liable for return postage and item must be returned in original packaging 

for bespoke items only item will only be replaced with exact item.
